Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 turkey schnitzels
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 4 tomatoes
- 400 g mushrooms
- 100 g crème fraîche (herbs)
- 200 g cheese, freshly grated Gouda
- olive oil
- Salt
- pepper
- rosemary
- Thyme
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the meat and spring onions into strips. Slice the mushrooms and dice the tomatoes. Heat the oil in a pan and then fry the turkey breast strips and spring onions. Then add the tomatoes and mushrooms and sauté everything together for about five minutes. Meanwhile, season everything with salt and pepper. Then add the herb crème fraîche and the herbs, stir in, and simmer for two to three minutes. Transfer the turkey pan to a baking dish, sprinkle with cheese, and bake at 200°C for 10 minutes. Serve with pasta or rice.
