Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g Chinese cabbage
- 1 cup of crème fraîche, approx. 200 g
- Salt
- curry powder
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Dice the Chinese cabbage. Heat the butter in a saucepan and sauté the Chinese cabbage slightly. Add the crème fraîche and stir thoroughly. Season with salt and curry powder and serve. The cabbage tastes great with roasted turkey breast and rice.
