Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 large bell peppers, red and yellow
  • 1 m.-large zucchini
  • 100 g beans, green, frozen
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, Chinese
  • 3 cm ginger
  • 1 jalapeño(s)
  • 1 chili, e.g. Thai bird’s eyes
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • n. B. Pepper, black
  • n. B. Oil
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Cut the bell peppers, zucchini, and beans into bite-sized pieces. Finely slice the ginger, garlic, and chilies. Heat a little oil in a pan and sauté the vegetables. Add the chilies, garlic, and ginger. Add water and cook until soft. Season to taste with pepper, maple syrup, and fish sauce.
