Banana Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 150 g yogurt
  • 1 cup sugar, brown
  • 3 m.-sized eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 cup of oil, e.g. rapeseed oil
  • 3 cups spelt flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 large bananas

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

delicious, airy and totally chocolatey

Pour the yogurt into a bowl, mash the bananas, and add them to the yogurt. Then add the sugar and vanilla sugar and mix vigorously with a mixer (careful! It might splash a bit). Gradually add the eggs, oil, flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder and mix well. Fill 12 muffin tins (a muffin baking tray is recommended, as the batter is very runny) and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 20-25 minutes.
