Hot Cinnamon Chocolate

Hot cinnamon chocolate
- 1 blackboard Dark chocolate (Lindt 70%)
- 800 ml Whole milk 3.8%
- 150 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 2 tbsp *Kakaopulver einfach gemacht
- Raw cane sugar to your taste
- 6 tbsp *Zimtlikör
- 4 piece Cinnamon sticks
- Take the dark chocolate out of the packaging and chop it into pieces with a knife. Place a milk pot on a hotplate, pour in the whole milk and bring to the boil together with the creme frâiche. Then stir in cocoa powder & chopped dark chocolate and let melt in it.
- Now season the hot cinnamon chocolate with raw cane sugar (to taste) & the cinnamon liqueur. Now whip the whole thing up frothy and pour into several cups. Garnish / decorate each with a cinnamon stick. Serve with homemade chocolate chip cookies or whatever you have.
