Ginger-Mandarin Tea

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 mandarin orange(s), peel (organic mandarin orange!)
  • 1 piece(s) ginger, approx. 3 cm, sliced
  • ½ liter of water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Heat the water. Pour boiling water over the ginger and tangerine peel and let it steep for 10 minutes. Serve the tea warm.
