  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 piece(s) ginger
  • n. B. Honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for colds

Peel and slice a piece of ginger and add it to a pot with the milk. If you like it spicier, you can also grate the ginger and eat it with the milk. Heat the milk and bring it to a boil briefly. Remove the ginger slices and add honey to taste.
