Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 liter of water or mineral water
  • 5 cm ginger root
  • 4 cl lemon juice or orange juice
  • 2 tsp honey (fennel)
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • ½ tsp pepper (Szechuan)

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

Thinly slice or finely grate the ginger, add it to the water, and boil for 10 minutes. Add lemon or orange juice and the remaining ingredients. Season with honey, if desired. The ingredients in this tea have pain-relieving, expectorant, antibacterial, and soothing properties.
