Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tsp chickweed, dried
  • 1 tsp ribwort plantain, dried
  • some honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes

Pour 1/4 liter of boiling water over the dried herbs, let it steep for 7 minutes, and strain. Drink warm, sweetened with a little honey, at least twice a day (it has an expectorant effect).
