Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g tomatoes, pureed
  • 2 tsp garlic, chopped
  • 2 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp onion(s), finely chopped

Instructions

Briefly fry the onions in a small pan. Place the passata in a saucepan and add the onions. Add the garlic and basil and cook for about 5 minutes. Spaghetti tastes best with this dish. Tip: You can also use whole tomatoes instead of passata.
