Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1.125 g quark
- 250 g sugar
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 5 eggs
- 5 packs of pudding powder (vanilla)
- 5 packs of sauce powder (vanilla) for cooking
- 50 g almond(s), sliced
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine all ingredients except the almonds in a bowl and mix well. Finally, add the almonds and fold in. Pour the batter into a greased 28cm springform pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (convection oven) for approximately 50 to 60 minutes.
