Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 sponge cake
- 230 g cream cheese
- 250 ml whipped cream
- 10 Oreo cookies, crumbled
- 3 Oreo cookies, for decoration
- 95 g powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Mix the cream cheese with the powdered sugar until smooth. Then fold in the cream and the crushed biscuits. Spread the cream on the cake base, decorate with biscuits, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
