Oatmeal banana cookies with chocolate chips

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 180 g margarine, soft
  • 90 g brown sugar
  • 180 g wheat flour type 405
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 large bananas
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 120 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 100 g chocolate chips

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 13 minutes; Total time approx. 23 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Mix the margarine with the sugar. Add the egg and salt. Add the bananas and mix until the bananas are completely chopped. Gradually add the other ingredients, except for the chocolate chips. Add the chocolate chips to the batter last. If using hazelnut spread, you can drizzle it through the batter with a knife. Use two spoons to scatter small drops or balls onto the baking sheet. Bake on the middle rack for about 10-13 minutes, until the bottoms are golden brown.
