Ingredients for 1 servings:
- some butter or margarine
- ½ onion(s), chopped
- 1 sausage (coarse, fine or Thuringian sausages)
- 1 pack of sauce powder for gravy
- 250 ml water
- ½ cup Madeira
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Sauté the chopped onion in butter or margarine in a saucepan, but do not let it brown. Deglaze with water and stir in the gravy powder. Pour in the Madeira wine and bring to a boil. Ball the sausages into the sauce. Simmer gently for 10 minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes.
