Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 300 g minced meat, mixed
- 150 ml cream (possibly reduced-fat)
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- salt and pepper
- e.g. nutmeg
- n. B. Dill, (dill tips), chopped
- some oil for frying

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Something unusual
Peel the cucumber and grate it fairly finely. Don’t discard any liquid that comes out. Brown the minced meat in a little oil in a pan. Deglaze with cream and vegetable stock, then add the cucumber and the liquid. Bring to a boil and season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and a generous portion of dill tips. I prefer tagliatelle pasta, but rice or other pasta forms would also work.
