Curry cream noodles with minced meat

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 carrots
  • 250 g pasta, short
  • Salt
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 300 g minced beef
  • pepper
  • curry powder
  • 200 g cream
  • 1 tsp broth (instant)
  • ⅛ liter of water

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel, wash, and finely dice the carrots. Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water. Add the carrots after 5 minutes. Peel and dice the onion. Trim the leek and slice it into rings. Heat the oil. Sauté the minced meat vigorously and season. Sauté the onion and leek. Sauté the curry. Deglaze with cream and 1/8 l water, stir in the stock, and bring to a boil. Drain the pasta and add it to the minced meat along with the carrots, then mix with the sauce.
