Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 250 g QimiQ
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • 100 g cream (hazelnut cream)
  • some banana slices or other fruit
  • some biscuits for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Whisk the Qimiq with the vanilla sugar until smooth, whip the cream until stiff, and fold in. Gently mix in the hazelnut spread to create a marbled texture. Serve in dessert bowls and garnish as desired.
