Spaghetti – cheese – salad

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (spaghetti), broken into small pieces
  • 6 packs of ready-made salad mix (60 g each)
  • 500 ml water
  • ½ cup oil
  • 1 bunch of chives, finely chopped
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, crushed
  • 300 g cheese (Emmental or Gouda), grated
  • Meat broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 15 minutes

Cook the chopped spaghetti in meat broth. Mix all the other ingredients together. Fold in the cooked spaghetti. It’s best to let it sit overnight. It’s perfect for a party because it’s easy to prepare.
