Spelt spaghetti with bananas

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 g spaghetti, made from spelt flour
  • 1 dash of olive oil
  • 1 m.-sized banana(s)
  • 1 crispbread, wholemeal

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Spaghetti lightly fried with bananas

Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water until tender. Meanwhile, cut the banana into thirds, halves, and cut into small pieces. Roughly crumble the crispbread, if desired. Drain the spaghetti. Heat the olive oil in a nonstick pan. Add the drained spaghetti and banana to the hot pan and cook briefly until the bananas are piping hot. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with the crispbread pieces.
