Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 125 g raspberries (frozen), thawed
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

very quick and easy dessert – super delicious

Puree the raspberries in a blender and add the quark. Puree again, season to taste, and add sugar to taste. Finally, mix everything well again and serve in bowls. Can be made with other frozen fruits.
