Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 2 eggs, boiled
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 bowls cream cheese (Philadelphia light)
- ½ onion(s)
- ½ bell pepper(s), green
- ½ bell pepper(s), yellow
- ½ red bell pepper(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Boil the sugar and vinegar. Let it cool. Mix in the Philadelphia (fitness) flour, finely chopped onion, the bell pepper halves, and the eggs (both finely chopped), and you’re done. This is super delicious and perfect for just about anything!
