Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 5 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp horseradish, finely grated
  • 1 tbsp apple, finely grated
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • some salt and pepper, white
  • some chives, finely chopped, as desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

for cold meat or meat fondue

Mix all ingredients well in a bowl and refrigerate for one hour.
