Roberto's Hot Ketchup – Honey Sauce

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 300 ml ketchup, hot
  • 300 ml honey
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 150 ml beer, dark
  • 10 garlic cloves
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

super delicious with pan-fried dishes, scampi or grilled meat

Peel and finely chop the garlic. Mix all ingredients together. Season with salt and pepper. And you have a delicious sauce!
