Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 20 cl black tea
- 1 tsp brown cane sugar
- 4 cl Amaretto
- 50 g cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Pour boiling water over black tea and let it steep for about 5 minutes to make it nice and strong. Pour 20 cl of tea into a preheated punch glass (preferably with hot tea water) and stir well with brown sugar. Then add the Amaretto. Whip the cream until stiff and pour 2 tablespoons of it over the Amaretto tea. Serve as hot as possible.
