Latte with Baileys

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 ml milk
  • 100 ml Baileys Irish Cream
  • 400 ml coffee, strong
  • Coffee powder (frappe powder to taste)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Bring Baileys and 150 ml of milk to a boil, then stir with a milk frother until frothy. Pour into four glasses. Boil 100 ml of milk and froth it. Carefully pour in the coffee around the rim of the glass. Top with the frothed milk. Serve immediately, garnished with frappe powder.
