Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta
- 1 jar peas
- 400 ml whipped cream
- pepper
- Salt
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 1 tomato(s)
- 4 slices of cooked ham
- margarine
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook the pasta in a pot until tender. In the meantime, chop the tomatoes and peppers. Chop the cooked ham and lightly sauté it in a pan with margarine. Then add the vegetables and peas and sauté for another 2-3 minutes, so the tomatoes and peppers remain crunchy. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan, add the cream, and season with salt and pepper.
