Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 250 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 4 m.-sized eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 4 tbsp milk
- ½ tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 lemon(s), zest
- ½ tsp chili powder
- 12 muffin cups
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Sift the flour into a bowl, add the remaining six ingredients, and mix everything until a smooth batter forms. Then add the lemon zest and chili powder, then mix on the mixer’s high speed for at least 2 minutes. Fill each of the 12 prepared muffin cups two-thirds full with batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven) on the middle rack for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven. Either eat warm or let the muffins cool.
