- 5 tbsp sugar
- 5 tbsp oil
- 5 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp baking powder

Whisk the eggs and sugar until frothy, then add the oil, flour, and baking powder, and stir everything into a smooth batter. Grease a sponge cake pan and pour the batter into it. Bake at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for 15 minutes until golden brown.
