  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 1 bunch arugula, finely chopped
  • 1 lemon(s), juice and grated peel (organic)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

delicious for a barbecue

Mix the softened butter with the chopped arugula, season with lemon juice, a little grated lemon zest, salt, and pepper. It’s best prepared the day before.
