Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g mixed berries, frozen
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • Powdered sugar for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Thaw the berry mixture. Beat the eggs and powdered sugar for 5 minutes until creamy, then gradually stir in the flour. Place the berries in a baking dish and spread the batter on top. Bake in the oven at 220°C (top/bottom heat) or 200°C (fan oven) for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
