Sour cream marble cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g wheat flour
  • 1 tsp, leveled baking soda
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 300 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g butter
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp milk

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine the first 8 ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix until smooth, about 2 minutes. Pour half of the batter into a bundt cake pan. Mix the remaining batter with the milk and cocoa powder and pour over the light batter. Use a fork to spiralize the batter through the batter. The oven does not need to be preheated. Bake the cake for about 60 minutes at 160°C fan/convection, 180°C top/bottom heat, gas mark 2-3.
