Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of ladyfingers
- 2 packs of cream powder (Paradise Cream Peach Passion Fruit)
- 1 can peach(s)
- Cinnamon
- Sugar

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
without mascarpone and quark
First, prepare the paradise cream as described. Slice the peach halves. Now place the sponge fingers sugar-side down in a dish. Place a few peach slices on top and spread some of the paradise cream on top. Repeat this process until all the paradise cream is used up. This will make 2-3 layers, depending on the size of the dish. Then refrigerate the dessert for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight! Before serving, place a few sponge fingers in a freezer bag and crush them. Season the crushed sponge fingers with cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle them on top of the tiramisu.
