Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook spaghetti as usual. For the sauce: Finely dice the onion and sauté in a saucepan with margarine. Dust with flour and deglaze with cream while stirring. Bring to a boil. Thin with milk if the sauce becomes too thick. The sauce should still be slightly thick. Then season with salt, nutmeg, and the instant salsa powder. Simmer gently. Add the diced ham and the drained peas. Whisk the egg yolks and eggs well. Stir the cheese into the sauce. Remove from the heat and then stir in the egg mixture. Drain the cooked spaghetti and return it to the pan, pour the sauce over it, and mix everything together well. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
