Baked egg pasta casserole

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g pasta, e.g. wholemeal fusilli
  • 50 g ham, e.g. nut ham
  • 125 ml milk
  • 20 g flour
  • n. B. Cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • Chives, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Delicious!!!

Hard-boil 2 eggs, peel, and halve. Prepare the pasta according to the package instructions. Transfer the cooked and well-drained pasta to a baking dish, sprinkle with diced ham, and arrange the egg halves on top. Whisk 2 eggs with milk, flour, salt, pepper, and chives and pour over the pasta. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
