Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 pots of yoghurt (peach-passion fruit yoghurt), 150 g each
- 150 g sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 200 ml cream
- 6 cl rum, alternatively brandy
- 500 ml vodka
- 700 ml passion fruit juice or passion fruit nectar
- 300 ml yogurt (drinking yogurt), peach

Peach-passion fruit cream liqueur, makes 2.5 liters
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for approximately 2 x 30 seconds. The sugar can be replaced with stevia or xylitol, and the peach yogurt drink can be replaced with a can of peaches and juice, which is then blended. Alternatively, the ingredients can be placed in a large container and blended. Bottle the liqueur, which has an alcohol content of 10-11 percent. It tastes best refrigerated and will keep for approximately two weeks. Makes 2.5 liters.
