Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 pots of yoghurt (peach-passion fruit yoghurt), 150 g each
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 200 ml cream
  • 6 cl rum, alternatively brandy
  • 500 ml vodka
  • 700 ml passion fruit juice or passion fruit nectar
  • 300 ml yogurt (drinking yogurt), peach

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peach-passion fruit cream liqueur, makes 2.5 liters

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for approximately 2 x 30 seconds. The sugar can be replaced with stevia or xylitol, and the peach yogurt drink can be replaced with a can of peaches and juice, which is then blended. Alternatively, the ingredients can be placed in a large container and blended. Bottle the liqueur, which has an alcohol content of 10-11 percent. It tastes best refrigerated and will keep for approximately two weeks. Makes 2.5 liters.
