Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 3 can/n lychee(s), halved
  • 3 cans grapefruit(s), halved
  • 1 bottle of Blue Curaçao
  • 1 bottle of sparkling wine
  • 2 liters of orange juice

Drain the lychees, reserving the juice, halve them, and let them steep in the curacau overnight. The next day, drain the grapefruits, add the juice to the lychee juice, halve them, and add them to the lychee-curacau mixture. Before serving, top up with orange juice and chilled sparkling wine. Since lychees are slightly sweeter than grapefruits, you can also use two cans of lychees and four cans of grapefruits. It’s important that the grapefruits come from cans, otherwise the punch will have a bad taste. If the punch is intended for drivers, use blue syrup instead of blue curacau and mineral water instead of sparkling wine.
