Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g walnuts or hazelnuts, ground
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 m.-sized eggs
- 200 g sour cream
- 120 g butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
1 cup contains 200 ml. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Melt the butter and then mix it with all the ingredients. Pour the batter into a prepared baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes.
