Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 slices of pineapple
- 2 tsp butter, melted
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Make aluminum foil molds for the pineapple (preferably from a can). Brush the bottom of the aluminum foil mold with melted butter and place the pineapple slices inside. Drizzle the pineapple with lemon juice and sprinkle with cinnamon. Place the pineapple in the aluminum foil mold on the grill and grill for about 10 minutes, then eat it hot or cold. Pineapple is the highlight of every barbecue at our house. In our experience, we need 2-3 pineapple slices per person.
