T-bone steak in garlic and mint oil

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 600 g steak(s) (T-bone steak)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil (Robusta)
  • ½ bunch mint
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • n. B. Salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Preheat the oven to 80°C. Finely chop the mint and garlic. Mix both with 3 tablespoons of olive oil (Robusta) and the lemon juice and place in a shallow dish. Place the dish in the preheated oven. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a heavy-based pan and sear the steak on both sides, then place it in the preheated dish in the oven. Turn once at the beginning. Bake at 80°C for about 30 minutes (medium). Sprinkle with salt before serving.
