  • 6 m.-sized potatoes
  • 3 Mettenden
  • salt and pepper
  • savory

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 23 minutes; Total time approx. 38 minutes

Very simple and delicious

Place the beans and canned water in a nonstick frying pan. Thinly slice the peeled potatoes and spread them evenly on top. Season with salt and pepper. Now cut the Mettenden sausages into approximately 4 mm thin slices and spread them evenly on top. Sprinkle with savory, cover, and heat. Once the canned water is boiling, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes. This inexpensive and simple dish never fails to amaze us with its flavor. A dish for cold days!
