Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 1 pack of butter
- 1 pack of margarine (Lätta)
- 2 packs of frozen Italian herbs
- 2 packs of frozen herbs (8 herbs)
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt
- pepper
- lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Let the butter soften a bit and thaw the herbs slightly, then mix to taste (the herbs and the amount depending on your taste). Add a little lemon juice, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper. DONE! It also works with just butter, but I use Lätta because of the calories and the easier spreadability. If possible, let it sit for a few hours; the longer the longer, the tastier it will be.
