Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g sour cream
- 3 tbsp agave syrup or honey
- ½ orange(s)
- 1 passion fruit
- 2 tbsp agave syrup or honey
- 2 tbsp brown cane sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Peel the orange and cut into pieces. Halve the passion fruit and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Divide the fruit between two glasses, each with a spoonful of agave syrup or honey. Mix the sour cream with the syrup/honey and pour over the fruit. Finally, sprinkle with sugar. Wait half an hour and serve.
