Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g strawberries
  • 400 g natural yogurt (1.5%)
  • 100 ml cream, liquid
  • 5 sheets of gelatin
  • Water, cold for soaking
  • 50 ml juice (orange, ACE or multivitamin juice)
  • some sweetener
  • some brittle (almond brittle)
  • 4 chocolate bars (yogurette or similar)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes

quick and easy strawberry dessert

Puree the strawberries, mix with the yogurt, cream, and sweetener. Soak the gelatin in the water, squeeze out the excess water, and heat gently in the microwave with the juice until the gelatin dissolves. Stir 4 tablespoons of the fruit puree into the gelatin, then mix everything evenly and quickly. Sweeten to taste, if desired. Pour into 4 bowls and chill for about 3 hours. Then garnish with almond brittle and the chocolate bars.
