Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 350 g flour
- 300 g sugar
- 150 g fruits, candied, chopped
- 100 g hazelnuts, ground
- 3 tsp gingerbread spice
- 1 tsp clove(s), ground
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 250 ml milk
- 150 g butter, liquid
- 2 tbsp honey
- 4 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine flour, sugar, fruit, hazelnuts, gingerbread spice, clove powder, vanilla sugar, and baking powder in a large mixing bowl, close the lid, and shake vigorously. Combine milk, butter, honey, and eggs in a medium mixing bowl, close the lid, and shake vigorously. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, close the lid, and shake well. Stir with a spatula and spread onto a greased baking sheet. Bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
