Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 Mettwurst, sliced, 5 potato dumplings
- 5 potato dumplings (from the previous day), sliced
- 2 onions, cut into strips
- 170 g mountain cheese, grated
- Salt
- chili
- Paprika powder
- 1 bunch parsley, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Fry the Mettwurst sausage in hot butter for 2-3 minutes. Add the dumplings and fry for another 4 minutes. Season with salt, chili, and paprika. Sprinkle with the mountain cheese and let it melt slightly. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
