SABO – Dumpling pan with sausage and cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 Mettwurst, sliced, 5 potato dumplings
  • 5 potato dumplings (from the previous day), sliced
  • 2 onions, cut into strips
  • 170 g mountain cheese, grated
  • Salt
  • chili
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Fry the Mettwurst sausage in hot butter for 2-3 minutes. Add the dumplings and fry for another 4 minutes. Season with salt, chili, and paprika. Sprinkle with the mountain cheese and let it melt slightly. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
