Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 package of biscuits (Oreo), chopped
  • 250 ml buttermilk
  • 150 g butter, soft
  • 2 eggs
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 80 g chocolate, chopped, as desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

can also be baked in a cake tin, for 10 muffins

Whisk buttermilk with butter, eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Add flour and baking powder. Stir in Oreo cookies and chocolate. Line a muffin tin with paper baking cups and fill with the mixture. Bake for 20 minutes at 160-180°C.
