Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g quark
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- n. B. Port wine
- 1 carambola, sliced
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Whisk the quark, sugar, egg, and port wine together with a hand blender, divide between dessert dishes, and carefully pour in a second splash of port wine and garnish with the star fruit slices. Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve.
