Yogurt and quark dessert with grapes and lemon notes

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 450 g Greek yogurt
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • n. B. lemon zest
  • 500 g grapes, seedless

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix together the yogurt, quark, and sour cream until smooth. Stir in the sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon juice, and grated lemon zest. Wash, dry, and halve the grapes. First, fill each dessert glass or bowl with a heaped tablespoon of the yogurt-quark mixture, layer a few grape halves, and then add another heaped tablespoon of yogurt-quark mixture and the grape halves. Finish with the yogurt-quark mixture. Garnish with grapes. Of course, other fruit can also be used.
