Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 ml egg liqueur
- 250 ml oil
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 175 g flour
- 75 g desiccated coconut
- 5 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- Margarine and some coconut flakes for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Preheat the oven to 175°C. Using a hand mixer, combine the eggnog with the oil, powdered sugar, desiccated coconut, and eggs. Slowly add the flour and baking powder and continue mixing for about 1 minute. Grease a Bundt pan with margarine and sprinkle with coconut flakes. Pour in the batter and bake for 45-50 minutes (test with a toothpick). Decorate as desired.
